1. Who we are

2. What we collect, and where it comes from

To send you what you bought, we handle your name, postal address, phone number, email address, the items in your order and its value. This information reaches us when you place an order in this store.

For shipments outside the EU customs territory we also handle a description of the goods, their value, weight, country of origin and tariff code. That data describes the product, not you.

We do not store your card details at any point.

3. Why we use it

To prepare, ship and deliver your order and to answer any questions about it — this is necessary to perform our contract with you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). And to meet our customs, tax and accounting obligations, which the law requires of us (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else sees it

Correos (Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.) receives your name, address and contact details, because without them your parcel cannot be delivered. For international shipments, the customs authorities of the destination country receive the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) attached to your parcel. This store runs on BigCommerce, which processes data on our behalf.

5. Where we keep it

Our shipping system runs on our own equipment in Spain.

6. How long we keep it

We delete your delivery details three months after your order ships. We keep the shipment record itself — date, service, weight and cost, with no personal data — for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, or ask us to correct, erase, restrict or port it, or object to our use of it, by writing to Warriorsandpeppers@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date above.
